Jamie joined Pure Cloud in 2012 as a Voice and Network Engineer with no industry experience — just a willingness to learn and a work ethic that hasn’t let up since. Over two years, he built a deep understanding of voice and network technologies before stepping into Operations Manager, then General Manager, then Commercial Director, and eventually Managing Director.
In 2021, Jamie was appointed CEO, where he now defines and executes the company’s vision and strategy while maintaining full P&L ownership for the PCS Group. His best work moment? Working alongside his dad and stepping into the CEO role.
strengths
Thinks outside convention (not the box — we're done with that phrase), builds rock-solid relationships, and spots the tiniest detail from a mile away. Quick-witted, unflappable, and known for hosting a BBQ that puts most restaurants to shame. His goat curry is legendary.
weaknesses
Stubborn when he believes he's right (which is often). Far too competitive at everything. Loses hours perfecting his Batman Lego displays. Has a taste for nice wine and whiskey that occasionally gets expensive.

Matt has over 23 years of industry experience. As Mobile Sales Director, he supports the sales team, sells solutions, and builds and maintains relationships with partners. His best work moment? Winning the award for largest independent mobile deal of the year.
strengths
Master communicator who can talk to anyone, anywhere, about anything — and usually make them laugh while doing it. Hardworking, analytical, relentlessly positive. The kind of person who can turn a Monday morning pipeline meeting into something motivational.
weaknesses
Overthinker who sometimes digs his heels in. Spicy food is his kryptonite, which is unfortunate given Jamie's goat curry obsession.

Nick started as a trainee data cabling engineer straight from school and has been in the industry ever since. Now a senior engineer specialising in VoIP, networking, infrastructure, cybersecurity, and compliance, he’s also Pure Cloud’s lead Cyber Essentials assessor. Nick’s not afraid to get stuck into any element of the job — never forget where you came from, as he puts it.
His best work moment? Watching Pure Cloud’s growth and development over 20 years.
strengths
Actually enjoys reading manuals (yes, really) — and it shows, because if something's broken, he's usually the one who makes it work again. Combine that with a Black Country accent you won't forget, and you've got the technical brains of Pure Cloud.
weaknesses
Steers clear of anything citrusy. Avoids football and pretty much every sport. Claims his knees are in early retirement. Luckily, he's still got plenty of energy for a good pint.

Pete has worked in finance for 46 years. Since joining Pure Cloud just over 10 years ago, his role has evolved from general office duties to credit controller. Most memorable moment? Attending an awards evening with BCFC legend Dele Adebola.
strengths
Approachable as they come. Never late. Hosts a BBQ that could give Jamie a run for his money. Keeps credit control running smoothly with a smile.
weaknesses
Not a fan of change. Avoids working from home when possible. Probably keeps Walkers in business single-handedly — bonus points if you bring crisps to his BBQ.

Lauren has worked in telecoms for 10 years and recently took on an engineering role alongside her support role. Most memorable work moment? Going to Cheltenham with the business.
strengths
Quick on the uptake, adaptable in any situation, and can bake a cake so good it disappears in record time. Jumps in without hesitation and keeps things running smoothly no matter what's thrown her way.
weaknesses
Can't say no (even to the most outrageous requests). Far too hard on herself. Has a weakness for Chinese takeaway — just don't ask her to share.

Shalleen has over 20 years of telecoms experience. She’s not only our Mobile Projects and Services Coordinator — she’s also taken on billing for the company. Best work moment? Attending the Comms Business Awards and being part of the team that won Best Connectivity Solution and Best ICT Solution.
strengths
The team's unofficial travel agent — can sniff out the best flights and hotels like it's a superpower. When she's not planning the perfect getaway, she's speed-reading her way through a book (and finishing it in a single day).
weaknesses
Completely powerless around cakes and anything sugary. The team has learned to hide the treats if they want them to last past lunchtime.

Stacey has been in telecoms for over 10 years. She joined Pure Cloud in 2023 as a Project and Services Coordinator to cover maternity leave — but was so good, she had to stay. Best work moment? Being offered a permanent position following maternity cover.
strengths
Resident diplomat. Calm, collected, always ready to smooth things over. Can crochet just about anything (seriously, try her). Has a pair of glasses to match every mood, outfit, and probably even ticket priority.
weaknesses
Completely powerless against a fresh ball of wool. Somehow keeps finding space for "just one more" pair of Dr. Martens — her shoe rack is on the brink of collapse.
